- join NCAP staff and board for conversation and refreshments
This is a free event, open to the public.

Parking Around the Library:
- Library Parking Level below the library. Enter from Charnelton between 10th and 11th
FREE on Saturdays (but it might be full)
- On-street metered parking: 75 cents/hour
Best bet is west side of Charnelton (& on streets to the west)
- 10th & Olive surface lot (across from Library) at $1/hour or $5/all day
- Parking garages: 75 cents/hour
Overpark (westside corners of 10th & Oak)
Parcade (NW corner of 8th & Willamette)
