2003 Local Foods Guide for Southern Idaho

This guide is a resource for consumers in southern Idaho who would like to buy locally-grown and sustainably produced agricultural products, but don't know how to reach the farmers and ranchers. It is being distributed at farmers' markets, restaurants, grocery stores, retail outlets and other organizations.

Farms and ranches are listed with contact information, products, where to purchase, and a statement of the sustainable methods they use.

You can access information from our Southern Guide guide through the Rural Roots' on-line Farm Fresh Foods directory. All the listings in our guide have been added to this database. New farms and ranches can continue to be added to the Rural Roots on-line listing.

The Local Foods Guide is a project of the Northwest Coalition for Alternatives to Pesticides and the Idaho Organic Alliance.
