Earthjustice sent a 60-day Notice of Intent to Sue, Sept. 17, on behalf of the Northwest Coalition for Alternatives to Pesticides, Pacific Coast Federation of Fishermen's Associations, Institute for Fisheries Resources and Defenders of Wildlife.
