NCAP's full and final comments on the 5th Biological Opinion issued by the National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) examining EPA's registration of pesticides containing Oryzalin, Pendimethalin, and Trifluralin.

Last month, we published a summary of what NMFS found in its latest evaluation of three pesticides, as well as some of EPA's regulatory shortcomings that stood out in the report.
