Currently the EPA is looking for public input concerning the revisions. Comments must be received before June 17, 2014.

February 23rd this year marked a successful victory for proponents of agricultural protection policy. Proposed revisions to the Worker Protection Standard have been put into place in order to protect farm workers and their families. These revisions will also include farm workers’ notification of their protections under the law and will bar pesticide handling from children under 16.
