Advocates for Alternatives: Pesticides 101

NCAP invites you to attend the first of a new bilingual series of calls focused on how to become an Advocate for Alternatives to toxic pesticides. The first Zoom call on July 8 - Pesticides 101 - will focus on what pesticides are, how to reduce pesticide exposure and how to build power for change in your community. All participants will be entered into a drawing to win a pesticide-free tote bag, t-shirt or yard sign. If you want to become part of the pesticide-free movement and learn how to take action, please join us!

Defensores de las Alternativas: Introducción a los Pesticidas

El Centro Noroeste para Alternativas a los Pesticidas (NCAP por sus siglas en inglés) lo invita a asistir a la primera de una nueva serie bilingüe, enfocadas en cómo convertirse en un Defensor de las Alternativas a los pesticidas tóxicos. Realizaremos una llamada de Introducción a los Pesticidas (Pesticides 101) por Zoom, en la cual nos enfocaremos en qué son los pesticidas, cómo reducir la exposición a los pesticidas y cómo generar poder para el cambio en su comunidad. Todos los participantes entrarán en un sorteo para ganar un bolso grande de mano, una camiseta o un letrero para el jardín con nuestro lema "Pesticide Free" (Libre de Pesticidas).
