Menu

This year's menu features a deluxe taco bar with local organic produce from Organically Grown Company and Hummingbird Wholesale! There are plenty of vegan and gluten-free options. You'll also learn about the work we're doing with partners in Idaho to trial corn varieties suitable for masa. Restaurants in Idaho will then be able to make tortillas that support sustainable farmers in their community.

Short Films

We are excited to honor artist and filmmaker Guy Hand as this year's Rachel Carson Award winner. We will premiere several short films Guy has made with us in the last year showcasing the local food movement and beneficial habitat in Idaho. Below is a preview of one of the films.
