Position: Healthy People and Communities Bilingual Program Manager / Director(a) del Programa Bilingüe Gente y Comunidades Saludables

This position is a bilingual position located in Oregon or Washington, east of the Cascade mountains, and will engage and organize Spanish-speaking communities to achieve organizational and programmatic goals. The Program Manager will plan, implement and evaluate projects and campaigns, communicate and write about our work in ways compelling to the public, and grow NCAP’s capacity to work within the Latino/a/x and Hispanic community in our region. 

**All applicants who are chosen for an interview will receive a $100 stipend to compensate for the time and energy involved in applying.**

Esta posición, es una posición bilingüe ubicada en Oregon o Washington, al este de las montañas Cascade, y participará y organizará a las comunidades que hablan español, para lograr metas organizativas y programáticas. El/la director(a) del Programa: planificará, implementará y evaluará proyectos y campañas, comunicará y escribirá sobre nuestro trabajo de manera convincente para el público, y hará crecer la capacidad de NCAP para trabajar dentro de la comunidad hispana y latina/o/x en nuestra región.

**Todos los solicitantes que sean elegidos para una entrevista recibirán un estipendio de $100 para compensar tu tiempo y energía involucrado en la solicitud.**

Have you pulled weeds, planned a community event, grown organic veggies, managed a budget, or advocated for systems-level change? If so, we need you! The NCAP board of directors provides governance and oversight, in support of the mission and fiduciary health of the organization. If you share a passion for protecting community health, addressing health equity and inspiring ecologically sound alternatives, we encourage you to apply. We especially encourage young people, people of color, and people who have experienced pesticide exposure to apply. New board members join with an introductory term of one year, which can be renewed. Commitment of time is estimated at approximately four hours per month.
